We currently deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post.
Before placing an order, please ensure your delivery location is serviceable.
🌍 International shipping is not available at the moment.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with the tracking details.
- During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, or offers), processing time may extend slightly — we’ll always keep you informed.

5. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery fee (₹49–₹99 depending on location) will be applied at checkout.
- Certain remote areas may attract additional courier charges, which will be displayed before confirming your order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS.

7. Delays in Delivery
We strive to deliver all orders within the promised timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:
- Natural calamities or extreme weather
- Unexpected courier delays
- Remote location or pin code unavailability
- High-demand sales periods or public holidays

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged parcel or suspect courier tampering:
- Do not accept the package or take a video while opening it.

- Share clear photos and a continuous, unedited video showing the damage or defect.
We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and arrange a replacement if eligible.
9. Change of Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address:

- Address changes after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
10. Undelivered or Returned Orders
If the courier returns the package to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts:
- We can reship the order after reconfirmation and payment of re-shipping charges.
- No refund will be issued for undelivered orders as per our No Refund Policy.
