1. Overview
At ThePromart.com, we take pride in offering high-quality educational, creative, and activity-based toys that bring joy and learning to every child.
While we ensure each product is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a replacement or exchange in line with the terms below.
Please note — Promart does not provide refunds. Products once sold cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged under certain conditions.
2. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:
- The product was damaged in transit or defective upon arrival
- You received a wrong item or missing parts
- The product is in unused and original condition, with all packaging and tags intact
To be eligible, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Customers must share clear photographs and a continuous, unedited video recording clearly showing the defect or damage to the product.
- Provide the order ID, invoice, and unboxing video (if available) for verification
3. Products Not Eligible for Exchange
We cannot accept exchange requests for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Products used, altered, or missing original packaging
- Toys damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Custom-made, limited edition, or clearance items
- Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen shipping issues (unless the product itself is damaged)
4. Exchange Process

Include photos/videos of the damaged or defective product. - Verification:
Our team will review your claim and notify you of approval within 2–3 working days. - Replacement Dispatch:
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).
If the same product is out of stock, we may offer an alternate product of equal value. - Return Pickup:
In some cases, we may arrange a pickup of the damaged item. You may also be asked to send it back to us via courier.
5. Shipping Charges for Exchanges
- If the exchange is due to defect, damage, or wrong item shipped, Promart will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the customer requests an exchange for any other reason, two-way shipping charges may apply.
6. No Refund Policy
Please note:
- No monetary refunds will be issued once the product has been sold.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- If a product is unavailable for exchange, we may issue store credit valid for future purchases.
